Copyright Policy:

By purchasing a WordPress template from my website, you agree to the following terms:
-Each template purchase is intended for use on a single website. Breaching this policy may require the purchase of additional licenses and/or immediate cessation of all unauthorised installations of the theme. I reserve the right to deny future products and services to individuals who breach this policy.
Furthermore, breaching this policy will result in the denial of any future customer support, even if additional licenses are purchased after the initial breach.
- If you are using this WordPress theme to create designs for clients, you are prohibited from claiming or promoting these web designs as your own.
-Reselling the design or claiming ownership of the design is prohibited.
-Sharing the WordPress theme, graphics, files, or any design elements provided in your purchase with others is prohibited.

The design is copyrighted by Linda Bradley, and Linda Bradley owns the rights to all designs and files (excluding any photography) included in your purchase.

Theme Support Policy:

Your purchase includes three months of support to assist you if you encounter any issues. If you choose to purchase the Theme Install Add-on you also get 6 months of direct access to Divi Support.

However, I am unable to assist with general WordPress queries, Divi theme customisations, coding modifications, or any problems related to software. Specifically, template support excludes the following:
-Modifying or extending the template beyond its original features, style, and functionality as described on the template product page and template demo.
-Installation of WordPress on your own website or a client's website.
-Issues with general Divi theme or plugin conflicts on your website that might cause errors on your own website or a client's website.
- Issues with your web hosting or server environment, or issues with the WordPress installation on your own website or a client's website.

You are entitled to receive all future updates to the theme for the lifetime of the product, until the product is removed from the shop.

Theme Support Policy (Add-On):

By purchasing the Theme Install Add-On, you understand that you will be assigned your own license API, providing lifetime access to the Divi theme's updates. You will also receive 6 months of direct access to Divi Support for any Divi-related issues.

Violation of the copyright policies stated above will result in the denial of any future theme support for the lifetime of the product, regardless of whether additional products or licenses are purchased from the shop.
